Dear all,

Is there a possibility to monitor user behavior with a chatbot? I'm thinking about using a chatbot in academic research and it would be great to have access to this data.

For example, I want to compare to different chatbot designs. It's okay to ask users afterwards, but I would also like to know (1) what they typed, (2) what they chose and things like (3) time spent on this step.

Any chance to get this information?

Most of the metrics you've referred to can be retrieved via "Reports" section at onsequel.com.

Thanks a lot. As I have not published a bot, yet, I do not have acces to this section. Will it be possible to get non-aggregated user data or will there only be a general report?

It's more of a generic report. You can check it out once you have the bot ready.
